Macabuca Turtle Reef
Mini-Wall
(Shore Dive)

Swim out to the sand chute between the two sections of the mini-wall and when you go down you may see rare Chain Link Moray Eels. You can then either head left or right to explore this terrific site with lots of healthy coral and active life on it. Look out for Stingrays, Eagle Rays and Nurse Sharks gliding around the sponges and coral. It is not a complicated site to dive so you can take your time. Max depth is 60-65 ft. Safety stop before you completely ascend to the surface.

Ghost Mountain
(Boat Dive)

This site has been mentioned before, but it definitely bears repeating. The pin is in 65ft of water. Swim down the sand channel that goes to the wall and you’ll spy a massive pinnacle of rock. Drop down to 100 ft and swim around the pinnacle, slowly making your way up as you go in circles. It is a magnificent site featuring large sponges, coral and macro life. The currents can be quite strong around here, so be careful and check the conditions before you go. Don’t forget your safety stop!
