Thanksgiving Cooking sans the colourful language

Thursday, 25 November will not be a happy day for turkeys, but try telling that to the American populous. It is Thanksgiving 2010 and thousands of families will be sitting down to celebrate this important holiday on the US calendar. Where there are families and friends gathered around a table, so inevitably there is food.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if it all worked out like the Norman Rockwell renditions of such get-togethers? Unfortunately sometimes cooking a dinner on this scale can be quite a daunting task.

Luckily Wayne O’Connor of Food for Thought Professional Caterers has put together a menu that will dazzle your guests and won’t have you swearing like a sailor by the time Grandma and Grandpa come waltzing in the door.

MENU

All of the above can be prepared the day before so you can enjoy your Thanksgiving Dinner with your guests instead of slaving at the stove from 4am in the morning!

Remember if all else fails (the turkey bursts into flames etc…) you can always call Food for Thought Professional Caterers to do the dirty work for you and allow you to take all the accolades for yourself.
“This? Oh something I just whipped together.” When in doubt, step away from the spatula and call in the experts!   WH
