hotsauceSMa Few hot sauces have as strong a following as Pickapeppa sauces.

Caribbean cooking relies on spice, whether from Scotch bonnet peppers or hot sauces. Few hot sauces have as strong a following as Pickapeppa sauces. The sauce first made its appearance in Cayman back in the 1950s and since then has become a vital ingredient in Cayman cuisine. It is virtually impossible to imagine marinated conch or a tasty patty without the sauce as part of the recipe.

Whether you go for Pickapeppa original sauce with its warm tropical tones or the fiery Pickapeppa hot pepper sauce, any dish can be given a little extra kick.

The sauces are matured in oak barrels until they reach the right aroma.

The range also includes mango sauces, including hot mango, spicy mango and gingery mango, all of which can be used as the perfect tropical dipping sauce or even integrated into your favourite recipes. Then there is the mango chutney, a classic country kitchen chutney with a hint of ginger – just right for that curry.
