ART
Late Night at the Gallery: New bi-monthly late night opening will broaden the gallery’s accessibility to the organisation’s shows. 7.30pm to 9pm at the Gallery in Harbour Place. Contact Natalie on director.ng@candw.ky for more information.

Pure Art: The gallery, located on the corner of South Church Street and Denham Thompson Way, is open from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

FILM
National Gallery’s CineClub: For foreign and art-film fans. At the National Gallery on the second and fourth Monday of each month, 6pm. Admission $5; free for members. Email: admin.ng@candw.ky or Tel: 945-8111 for listings.

National Gallery’s Art Flix: Held on the third Wednesday in each month the National Gallery presents ART FLIX, a public screening of art films and documentaries relating to the history of art. Introduced with a short lecture, attendees are invited to discuss films following screenings. A complimentary glass of wine accompanies the 6.30pm film at the National Gallery, Harbour Place. Books & Books, Camana Bay: Story Time: Wednesdays at 10:30am For our youngest readers, join us every Wednesday at 10.30am when we read exciting new books and sing along to your favourite songs.

10 Minutes with Dr. James: Every Wednesday after Story Time Dr. James Robertson, paediatrician at TrinCay Medical Services in Camana Bay, shares his medical knowledge and answers your parenting questions.

Story & Craft Time: Saturdays at 10:30am For young readers, join us every Saturday at 10.30am when we read exciting new books and explore your creative side with a unique craft each week.

Caribbean Reading Club: Sunday,11 July at 3pm Dr. Keith Jardim and the Caribbean Reading Club meet at Cafe del Sol to discuss Swimming in the Volcano by Bob Shacochis and The White Woman on the Green Bicycle by Monique Roffey. Come share your insights and impressions.

Floetry: Wednesday, 21 July at 7pm Get into the flow with Floetry for another special night of words and wisdom, poetry and people. Join some of Cayman's most talented poets and performers who share their work during an Open Mic night of poetry and readings. Share your own work or come listen to others. Floetry's mix of poetry and music provides a unique opportunity for Cayman's community of writers and readers to share their artistic and cultural experiences. It's the perfect place to express yourself – or to be yourself.
