Big Tunnels
Boat Dive, West Side

The pin is in 50ft of water. Head over the wall and enter the namesake of the dive site which will pop you out at about 100ft. Head west along the wall and spiral your way through Swiss cheese limestone buttresses and archways. You’ll finally come out on top of the wall where you can spend a good deal of time at the end of your dive because it’s relatively shallow here. There’s a nice collection of tarpon and blue chromis cascade off the ridge like a fountain of fish. This dive is an excellent spot for spying turtles and eels hiding in crevices. Don’t forget your safety stop.

Stingray City
Boat Dive

This is the best 15ft dive in the world. Sit on the bottom with squid in hand and feed the famous rays at your leisure. When you’re finished with this portion of the programme, make your way over to a collection of small coral heads that resemble the bumpers on a pinball table. You’ll see lots of juvenile fish here and maybe a flying gurnard fish or two, which is pretty rare. There is a resident green moray that is quite used to curious divers so you can get a close look, but always have respect for your environment and its creatures. No need for a safety stop here as the whole dive is very shallow. Good choice for your last day before you fly home.
