4 chunks pineapple
40mls Bacardi
20mls Apricot Brandy
20mls Gran Marnier
Barspoon Galliano
10mls Fresh Lime Juice
20mls Pineapple Juice
20mls Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Muddle four chunks of pineapple. Grind pepper over muddled pineapple. Mix all ingredients together, shake and strain into glass. Bacardi 151 float. Garnish with pineapple wedge and leaf.
