In these tough economic times it can be hard to make ends meet and to find the money for life’s necessities never mind the luxuries. CashWhiz tries to take the anxiety out of not having ready cash by the pawn service they offer. Many on Island might not have come across the idea of pawning an article, but it is an idea that is very familiar to residents of Europe. In fact historically speaking, the pawn business was around long before the structured banking institutions. Pawning is just a simple term used to describe a loan, but in this instance the loan is granted according to the value of an article that you bring in to the CashWhiz store. The loan process is a 30 day loan with a service fee on the money that you borrow. They will give you a loan on a variety of items such as cars, electronics, boats, land and of course on gold and various forms of jewellery, as long as there is a market for the article. The idea of pawn works well for people who may have an unexpected bill or need that extra cash for a month to even things out on their budget. Your item can then be bought back at the end of the 30 days. So the customer gets their cash and CashWhiz ensures that the items is in good hands while being held by them.
