Louis Jadot, Beaujolais Village (soft and hard cheeses, but mild in flavour). This brilliant garnet wine is bright and fresh, with ripe, supple crushed strawberry flavors underscored by zesty nuances of peppercorns, gentle tannins and a clean acidity, finishing on a succulent, refreshing note.

Benziger Merlot, Sonoma County (for ripe and mature cheeses, cured meats, salami, stronger cheeses). Softly textured and rich in flavor, this merlot is supple and full-bodied. Aromas evoke dark fruit and pepper with robust flavors of current, anise and ripe plum.

Benziger Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County (soft cheeses and mild sweet flavoured hard). Deliciously crisp and clean with bright citrus flavors and floral aromas. Generous fruit is enhanced by a refreshing acidic structure and harmonious mouthfeel.

Louis Jadot, Pouilly Fuisse  (soft cheese, the acidity in the wine cuts the fat). This fresh, brilliant pale-gold Chardonnay shows delicate varietal aromas with flavors of apple and melon offset by citrus notes and a crisp acidic balance ending in a clean, lively finish.
