Keeping cool becomes number one priority during the oppressive heat of the summer months. Air-conditioning and refrigeration are the creature comforts nobody wants to do without through the hottest months. Advanced Air-conditioning and Appliances strive to ensure no one has to do without, offering an emergency service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Although AAA is less than a year old, owner Neil Carle has been in the business of keeping homes and offices cool since 2002. AAA is the result of company restructuring aimed to better align their services with the current economic climate.

AAA offers sales, service and maintenance for air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and is the Cayman Islands dealer for American Standard, Mitsubishi, Classic and RUUD.

The company can maintain and service appliances from all major brands, both domestic and commercial and supplies walk-in coolers, freezers and beverage coolers.

AAA aims to offer the highest quality products, and offers support for these in the form of factory trained technicians.

AAA have selected equipment that utilizes the newest and greenest technology, which is less damaging to the environment and also consumes less energy, translating into greater savings for customers in the longer term as well as helping Cayman move towards a greener future.  “Although we carry low end replacement systems we are trying to focus on new home development and complete change out where customers are willing do what it takes to achieve low energy cost and efficiency,” says Neil Carle, owner.

In the near future they will be adding propane generators, tankless water heaters and pool heaters to their list of green products.

Total customer satisfaction is a priority at AAA and to this end the company is working to lines of communication  with the customer so that customers are kept updated via phone or email on the status of their installation, service or repair. Along with communications efficiency they are also upgrading software to improve maintenance scheduling, access to past billing and enable customers to schedule their own service call.
