Main Story:

Catherine Tyson facilitated The Exceptional Receptionist course this January.  The first impression and assessment of an organisation by potential clients, customers and suppliers is often based upon their contact with the firms' receptionist. What and how something is said either in person or over the telephone can build goodwill and create satisfactory relations. This course covers many of the skills necessary for the modern office receptionist.
