The Chamber’s AGM was held in November of last year at the Brasserie Conference facility. Eighty members were present as the new Council was elected in to serve in the 45th anniversary year of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce.
 
A number of awards were given out to companies that received Outstanding Corporate Citizen Award for 2010: KPMG, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Barclays Private Bank & Trust, Cayman National, Campbells, RE/MAX Cayman Islands and Water Authority.
 
Other companies that were also thanked for their support and input were Affordable Shutters, Atlantic Star Ltd., Atlas Insurance Management, Baptist Health International, British Caymanian Insurance, Butterfield Bank, Care Management Network, Caribbean Publishing Company, Cayman Automotive, Cayman Climate Controls, Cayman Business Machines, Chrissie Tomlinson Memorial Hospital, CIBC Bank & Trust, CML Offshore Recruitment, Al La Kebab, Conyers Dill & Pearman, Caribbean Utilities Company, Deutsche Bank, Diamonds International, DPM Mellon Ltd., Essential Services Ltd., Foster’s Food Fair, Grant Thornton, Greenlight Capital RE Ltd., G.T.
