Appleby has promoted two more lawyers to partner in its Cayman office. Simon Raftopoulos and Graeme Halkerston are part of a worldwide promotion drive by the law firm that has seen four associates make partnership and five become counsel.
Mr. Raftopoulos joined Appleby in 2006 from one of the leading and largest Irish law firms, Matheson Ormsby Prentice, where he was a member of the banking and financial services group.
Mr. Halkerston has more than 12 years of litigation and insolvency experience and is a member of the litigation and insolvency practice group and the fund disputes team.
