Tom Clark of HSBC Financial Services Cayman Limited, who was a past Chairman of IMAC, a Director of the IMAC Scholarship Fund since its inception and involved in industry activities throughout his career. He was an individual that earned enormous respect throughout his life from colleagues, clients and consultants in the Cayman captive industry. His contributions to the industry were a significant factor to its growth and success. On behalf of IMAC, we thank Tom for everything he did for the industry, and express our sincere condolences to his family on his passing on 26 August 2009, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
