Franz Manderson has served in the Immigration Department for more than 20 years and has been Chief Immigration Officer for more than four years. Mr Manderson oversees all immigration matters and the formulation of related policies and strategies. Mr Manderson is also an Attorney at Law, after gaining an LLB (Hons) from Liverpool University and the Certificate in Cayman Law (with Commendation) from Queen’s University Belfast.
