One would think that there should be some security preventing people from bungee jumping in a nuclear cooling tower? They jumpers don't seem to be bouncing back up after jumping so I think they're just using regular rope. If you look carefully at the end of the video you'll notice that some of the cords are secured with garden hoses. Right now there are several Russian home owners looking for their garden hose. I guess bungee jumping on a bridge wasn't extreme enough. And they say nuclear plants aren't safe.
Special props to the musical accompaniment, which belies the incredibly insane nature of the stunt.
