Queens Honours for two Caymanians

Mr. Ebanks Mr. Muttoo

Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II has recognized Leonard Norman Ebanks and Henry David Muttoo in her 2013 New Year’s Honours List.

A retired banker with a history of civic engagement, Mr. Ebanks is named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in recognition of services to economic development and the community.

Mr. Muttoo, the long-time artistic director of the Cayman National Cultural Foundation, is named a Member of Order of the British Empire, for services to art and cultural heritage.

ITS ABOUT TIME!Isn't it a coincidence that Leonard Ebanks finally received recognition for his contribution to Cayman's development when McKeeva was not in a position to stop it?
