Governor
Duncan Taylor and his wife learned the secrets to staying young at heart during
their recent visit to West Bay.
The
couple met with Julia Hydes who turned 101 in January, 91 year old retired
school teacher Iris Bodden-Henning, and World War II veteran Carley Ebanks and
his wife Veta.
They
all shared stories of Cayman past with the first couple as well as their secret
to living a long healthy life.
The
Taylors also met several local school children, and scout members at a welcome
reception held at Boatswain’s Beach during their tour of the district.
